Pastor DionPastor Dion Cordova

Pastor Dion came to know Jesus at the early age of 7 years old and from that time had a overwhelming desire to learn and teach God’s word. By 15 he was teaching at various youth groups and camps, pointing his peers toward the hope of salvation in Christ. In 1986 Dion married his wife Sylvia and started a small church work in northern NM which has become a thriving and growing congregation known as TM Calvary Chapel in the Espanola Valley. Dion and Sylvia have two sons, Dion Gabriel and Jedidiah. He and Sylvia live in Velarde and feel privileged to serve the TMCC congregation and the community that surrounds them.

Pastor Andy and his familyPastor Andy Fine

Andy was born in N. Cal. and grew up in Az. under a violently strict and religious household. It wasn’t until after rebelling from this upbringing and pursuing the ‘things of this world’, that at the age of 20 yrs. old the Lord spoke directly to his heart’s need for a personal Savior and Lord. Andy began his journey in Faith soon after, then 5 yrs. later was called into youth ministry while serving in the U.S. Coast Guard. In 1996, after being involved with the ministry of C.C. Prescott, Az. for 6 yrs. he and his wife Kim, of 28 yrs. (along with their two young children Eden and Tori) moved to Farmington, NM to plant a new work. For 17 yrs. now the church has been blessed by God’s grace and mercy as they have sought to serve and love the local community. Kim and Andy enjoy life with their two grown kids, who are both married and are all serving the Lord. Being the grandparents of 5 (& counting) and overseeing the ministry that Jesus has called them into in the four corners are definite highlights in the journey.

Pastor RayPastor Ray Jaramillo

Pastor Ray was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and shortly thereafter his family moved to Southern California. He was raised a Catholic, but at the age of 11 he and his mother received Christ.  As Ray began to share with his father about Jesus, his dad was concerned that he was being brainwashed, so he introduced him to drugs by smoking a joint with him.   After ten years of drug abuse, drinking and promiscuity Ray had walked away from the Lord, but God’s Word nagged constantly at him. One day as he was going to get drugs he heard a voice say, “Go to church”, when he heard it a second time he obeyed.  Ray walked into Calvary Chapel West Covina and as Pastor Raul shared about the gospel Ray was compelled to repentance and received Christ.  In 1992 he moved with his wife to Belen, N.M and began a Bible Study in his home, 21 years later Pastor Ray continues to teach the love of Christ as the pastor of Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley.

Pastor PatPastor Pat Lazovich

Pastor Pat Lazovich has been the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel Sierra Vista for the last twenty-one years. Pastor Pat has been gifted with a real, genuine and fresh teaching style that relates to any age. He has the unique ability to speak relevantly without compromising the truths found in Scripture. His passion for a truthful and biblical worldview is inspiring and infectious. “Pastor Pat’s radio program “Strength for Today” is heard throughout southeast Arizona, southwest New Mexico, New Zealand and the Samoa Islands daily with half hour shows and one minute God spots. Over the last fourteen years God has used Pastor Pat’s ministry, “In The Potter’s Hands,” world wide and now in three other languages! This hands-on presentation compares the relationship between the potter and the clay from Jeremiah 18 to vividly demonstrate the relationship between God and His people.

Pastor Mike and his familyPastor Mike Nasci

Mike Nasci is a native New Mexican, who grew up in a loving home. His parents did not go to church much after his First Communion, except for weddings and funerals. In middle school he was introduced to new age spirituality by a family friend and he soaked it up. Soon he was learning about alternate realities, meditation, spirit animals, astral projection, Wicca, Shamanism, and more things than he cares to share. This resulted in Mike becoming a vile, violent, confused, angry, hopeless guy until he met Jesus Christ at an Easter outreach in 2000 in the Belen High School gymnasium. As Pastor Ray Jaramillo was preaching the gospel, Mike was angry at the friend who brought him, assuming she had called and told Pastor Ray all about him. At the end of the service an invitation was given to receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and he was raised to his feet by the Holy Spirit and began weeping. Each tear representing a sin before God.

Mike spent the next 2 years attending Calvary Chapel Rio Grande Valley and serving in ministry until he backslid for a period of a year and a half. Mike learned much about God’s grace through that time and God has given him a heart for the prodigals in the world. By God’s mercy and grace Mike is married to a true Proverbs 31 woman, Liana, and they have 4 good looking and very talented kids, as well as 1 sweet and beautiful granddaughter. Mike has had the privilege and blessing of pastoring Calvary Chapel Estancia Valley since January 2010. By God’s grace CCEV has continued to be a growing and vibrant church dedicated to teaching and living out God’s word.
